Ford is the founder and managing partner of SVN/Blackstream and Blackstream International Real Estate in Greenville, SC, and is actively involved in both the strategic and recruiting efforts of Ivester Jackson Blackstream in western North Carolina.

I’m the Executive Director and Chief Matchmaker at SVN/BlackStream. I act as a business’s exclusive advocate on all issues pertaining to commercial real estate.
I bring expert advice to my clients, guiding them from start to finish, in a way that can only come from 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry; understanding their requirements, finding solutions and negotiating relentlessly on their behalf.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF AGENT DEVELOPMENT
As a Connecticut native, Alison fell in love with North Carolina while attending college in Greensboro and has lived in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area now for more than 17 years. Alison's career background as a licensed Financial Advisor in the brokerage industry and a small business owner has provided her with the opportunity to build strong marketing and business management skills, which she uses daily as a Real Estate Broker and as part of the management team. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, she is dedicated to diligently assisting home buyers through the process of finding their dream home and sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals. Alison also serves as the Regional Director of Agent Development for Ivester Jackson Blackstream and Ivester Jackson Christie's in Lake Norman and Charlotte assisting in managing firm Brokers, training and operations.
Personally, Alison enjoys spending time with her children and friends, cooking, traveling and boating.

ADVERTISING SPECIALIST \ GRAPHIC DESIGN
Julia is the Advertising Specialist and Graphic Designer for Ivester Jackson Blackstream – Christie’s International Real Estate. She works both on the digital marketing side as well as the print marketing side for all of IJ’s advertising.
Before working for Ivester Jackson Blackstream, Julia was working as an Advertising Account Manager at Norman Media in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that, Julia started her career after college in a Fortune 500 sales job in uptown Charlotte.
Julia graduated from the University North Carolina in 2016 with a degree in Art-Graphic Design & Journalism. She was a member, Public Relations Chair, and Merchandise Chair for the UNC Charlotte Equestrian Team, a member of the UNC Charlotte Women’s Club Lacrosse team, and a member, Public Relations Chair, and Website Coordinator for the Zeta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority at UNC Charlotte.
Julia graduated with Cum Laude honors and was also inducted into a Collegiate Academic Honor Society. Several of her logo designs were published, such as the official UNC Charlotte Wellness Ambassadors logo, the UNC Charlotte Archery Team’s official logo, and the official UNC Charlotte IFC logo. Julia has also had her Artwork/Logo Design published in the book, The Moving Image Workshop Introducing animation, motion graphics and visual effects in 45 practical projects. Julia has had multiple art pieces featured in the Juried Art Show at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Julia has had several fashion journalism articles published in the LOOP Magazine.
Julia grew up and lived in New Jersey up until 2013. She spent her summers growing up at the Jersey Shore, in Ortley Beach. Julia now plans to stay in Charlotte, NC and continue her career in advertising and marketing at Ivester Jackson Blackstream – Christie’s International Real Estate.
